When you make a purchase you're going to get a .zip file (you can use WinZip to open the files, it's free! If you're on your phone look for .zip file extractor in your app store). When you open your zip file you'll see high-quality PNGs and JPGs of the images.
You'll receive five different sizes so that you can print different formats
1:1 Ratio
Inches: 8x8, 10x10, 12x12, 16x16, 20x20, 30x30
2:3 Ratio
Inches: 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36
3:4 Ratio
Inches: 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20, 18x24, 24x32,
4:5 Ratio
Inches: 4x5, 8x10, 16x20 | 20x25 | 28x35

HOW TO PRINT
- Print them out from your home computer.
- Put the files on a USB drive and then go to FedEx Office, Office Depot, Staples, Walgreens, or Walmart, and have them print the file for you.
- Use an online service like Snapfish or Shutterfly to have them printed and shipped to you.
A REMINDER
- This is just a FILE, no physical product will be shipped to you.
- This is for personal use only. You can not alter and then re-sell the images.
- Due to differences in monitor and printer settings the colors may vary slightly different from what you see in the digital file

Unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to print and ship all of my workbooks. If you want a physical copy you are welcome to purchase the digital file and then have it printed at Staples, The UPS Store, FedEx, or any other printing company as long as it’s just for your own personal use!
All of my products also have Digital Fill-In Enabled, meaning that you can fill them in straight from your phone/tablet/or computer.
Apps like Adobe Reader, XoDo, or GoodNotes allow you to “write” inside the PDF, so you can carry it around with you whenever you need it!

While I LOVE talking about mental health - I am NOT a professional. All of my worksheets come from lived experience which makes them unique but it's also important to note that they aren't a replacement for therapy. I'm not a therapist and I always recommend you work through my workbooks with one!

My workbooks are in standard US Letter Size (unless otherwise specified) and should be printed on standard US Letter Size Paper.
When printed, the colors might be darker or vary from what you see on your computer screen.
