7-Day Inner Critic Challenge
I'm focusing on the Foundations of Self-Care, my own interpretation of what aspects are most important when it comes to loving yourself. First up is your inner voice and self-talk. The Inner Critic plays a huge part in the way that we talk about and to ourselves.
This seven-day challenge gives you an activity, a journaling prompt, and an affirmation for seven days. It also includes a Trello Board to help you keep track of the challenge, make notes, and customize it in a way that works for you!

FREE TRELLO BOARD
Trello is a free platform originally created for companies to keep track of projects and it's awesome. I use it for my business and my personal life and it's really helpful for people who don't have a printer or who like to have their lists immediately handy (because it also has a free app).
The Trello board has everything that you'll find in the PDF PLUS extra explanations and information. It also gives you the ability to write notes and customize your challenge.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to print and ship all of my workbooks. If you want a physical copy you are welcome to purchase the digital file and then have it printed at Staples, The UPS Store, FedEx, or any other printing company as long as it’s just for your own personal use!
All of my products also have Digital Fill-In Enabled, meaning that you can fill them in straight from your phone/tablet/or computer.
Apps like Adobe Reader, XoDo, or GoodNotes allow you to “write” inside the PDF, so you can carry it around with you whenever you need it!

While I LOVE talking about mental health - I am NOT a professional. All of my worksheets come from lived experience which makes them unique but it's also important to note that they aren't a replacement for therapy. I'm not a therapist and I always recommend you work through my workbooks with one!

My workbooks are in standard US Letter Size (unless otherwise specified) and should be printed on standard US Letter Size Paper.
When printed, the colors might be darker or vary from what you see on your computer screen.
