I've said that on my bad days, managing anxiety feels like a full-time job. I love things like journaling, meditating, taking walks, taking a hot shower, and curling up under a weighted blanket but sometimes I get busy and I can't always take the time to fully decompress.
Breathing exercises are a quick and easy way to make the tiniest bit of a difference and sometimes it's enough to get that heavy feeling off my chest.
Here's a simple one.

It's like drawing a box with your breath through a simple rhythm of inhaling, holding, exhaling, and pausing.
Find your cozy spot.
Inhale deeply for four seconds, hold for four seconds (or less if that feels uncomfortable), exhale slowly for four seconds, pause for four seconds, and then start all over. 🌬️🌟

HOW TO PRINT
- Print them out from your home computer.
- Put the files on a USB drive and then go to FedEx Office, Office Depot, Staples, Walgreens, or Walmart, and have them print the file for you.
- Use an online service like Snapfish, Redbubble, Zazzle, or Shutterfly to have them printed and shipped to you.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to print and ship all of my workbooks. If you want a physical copy you are welcome to purchase the digital file and then have it printed at Staples, The UPS Store, FedEx, or any other printing company as long as it’s just for your own personal use!
All of my products also have Digital Fill-In Enabled, meaning that you can fill them in straight from your phone/tablet/or computer.
Apps like Adobe Reader, XoDo, or GoodNotes allow you to “write” inside the PDF, so you can carry it around with you whenever you need it!

While I LOVE talking about mental health - I am NOT a professional. All of my worksheets come from lived experience which makes them unique but it's also important to note that they aren't a replacement for therapy. I'm not a therapist and I always recommend you work through my workbooks with one!

My workbooks are in standard US Letter Size (unless otherwise specified) and should be printed on standard US Letter Size Paper.
When printed, the colors might be darker or vary from what you see on your computer screen.
