Affirmations for Trauma Recovery
I created these cards that focus on encouraging messages for anyone who's dealing with trauma. I think we all need a little cheerleading when we're feeling down or struggling.
These cards come in multiple versions. There are three designs, my usual colorful one, a softer watercolor design, and black and white for easy printing (or so that you can color in yourself!)
I also included two kinds of wording.
Affirmation "I" Statements: I am brave enough to keep moving forward.
Message "You" Statements: You are brave enough to keep moving forward.
Choose the wording that resonates most with you!
These are meant to be printed (cardstock would be best) and then cut out! (There are faint gray dotted lines to guide your scissors)
There are also two label pages. You can print them out on sticky paper or regular paper. Then, use tape to put them on the container where you keep the cards.
Each version comes with two label pages, featuring a total of 6 labels, and six card pages, with six cards on each page (for a total of 30 affirmations!).
*Printing these at home may result in duller colors than you see on your screen. If this is the case, you can have them printed professionally like at Staples, FedEx, and Office Depot for a closer color match.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to print and ship all of my workbooks. If you want a physical copy you are welcome to purchase the digital file and then have it printed at Staples, The UPS Store, FedEx, or any other printing company as long as it’s just for your own personal use!
All of my products also have Digital Fill-In Enabled, meaning that you can fill them in straight from your phone/tablet/or computer.
Apps like Adobe Reader, XoDo, or GoodNotes allow you to “write” inside the PDF, so you can carry it around with you whenever you need it!

While I LOVE talking about mental health - I am NOT a professional. All of my worksheets come from lived experience which makes them unique but it's also important to note that they aren't a replacement for therapy. I'm not a therapist and I always recommend you work through my workbooks with one!

My workbooks are in standard US Letter Size (unless otherwise specified) and should be printed on standard US Letter Size Paper.
When printed, the colors might be darker or vary from what you see on your computer screen.
