This workbook *is* meant to be filled out pre-emptively before you hit a point of crisis. It can help remind you of the best tools to use for you as well as help the people in your life know the best way to help you.
It also focuses on learning how to notice the signs that you are entering a crisis state so that you can use your coping skills and reach out to your support system.

The workbook covers:
- Crisis Safety Plan: signs you're in crisis (thoughts, feelings, behaviors), people you can talk to, important resources, helpful coping skills, good distractions, and reasons to stay safe
- Crisis Scale: a general description of what a crisis might feel or look like, plus a blank scale to personalize with your own experience
- Support System worksheet: why you chose them and how they're helpful
- How to Ask for What You Need: suggestions plus a spot for phrases that are NOT helpful when you're in a bad headspace
- Helpers: a place to list things that make you feel safe or provide comfort
- Stressors and Triggers: a basic introduction (for a deeper look at triggers, check out the Trigger Journal)
- Inpatient Treatment Page 1: preferred facilities, healthcare provider info, medication info, items to bring, insurance info
- Inpatient Treatment Page 2: people to contact, tasks they can help with (like pet care), people you don't want involved, and things that would be helpful or harmful

Unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to print and ship all of my workbooks. If you want a physical copy you are welcome to purchase the digital file and then have it printed at Staples, The UPS Store, FedEx, or any other printing company as long as it’s just for your own personal use!
All of my products also have Digital Fill-In Enabled, meaning that you can fill them in straight from your phone/tablet/or computer.
Apps like Adobe Reader, XoDo, or GoodNotes allow you to “write” inside the PDF, so you can carry it around with you whenever you need it!

While I LOVE talking about mental health - I am NOT a professional. All of my worksheets come from lived experience which makes them unique but it's also important to note that they aren't a replacement for therapy. I'm not a therapist and I always recommend you work through my workbooks with one!

My workbooks ARE DIGITAL! They are in standard US Letter Size (unless otherwise specified) and should be printed on standard US Letter Size Paper.
When printed, the colors might be darker or vary from what you see on your computer screen.
