Returns & Refunds

Because my products are digital, I’m happy to offer a refund as long as the file hasn’t been downloaded.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, I’m unable to offer a refund due to the nature of digital products.

Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, no worries! I’m happy to refund the duplicate purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the download status of the order.
