My name is Dominee Calderon and I have depression, anxiety, and a severe case of I’m- an- introvert- do- I-really- have- to- leave- the- house- for- this? I struggle with social anxiety and when that gets really bad – agoraphobia. I create peer-to-peer resources that focus on self-care and mental health.
Peer-to-peer resources means I’m just like you. I’m not a doctor, I’m not a therapist or psychologist and I don’t have any sort of official training (disclaimer, none of my stuff is a substitute for professional help!). But I’ve been where you are (or close to it) when it comes to anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and self-hatred. That gives me a unique perspective and ability to create resources that are relatable.
