The 2024 Self-Care Planner has landed, and I am over-the-moon thrilled to celebrate over a decade of self-care with you. I originally created this planner for me as a reminder that self-care is essential to my mental health. This is a digital file!

Life gets BUSY! Some of us are trying to juggle our mental health or chronic illness with all of life’s responsibilities (it’s hard). Add in school, jobs, kids, chores – and all of the things we have to do to “adult”. Self-care often ends up at the bottom of the to-do list, for when we have time (but when do we really have the time?).

The 2024 Self-Care Planner changes that narrative and makes self-care a non-negotiable priority but in a colorful, gentle, encouraging kind of way!

It's full of little self-care assignments, fun holidays, journaling prompts, and encouraging messages. Every week has a few self-care ideas – feel free to sprinkle them throughout your week or come up with your own.

At the beginning of each Planner, you’ll see a section that’s specifically all about 2023. The questions are the same ones from last year’s planner so it’s an awesome exercise to compare your answers from year to year. This allows you to see where you’re growing and where you’re struggling. I love being able to look back and see the things that I’m no longer struggling with and also the things that still need work.

By writing about the things that you experienced in 2023 you can see where you have the most work to do going forward. There are questions like:

What’s the biggest, scariest, thing you’re holding onto from 2023?
What was the biggest mistake you made last year?
What people, things, and situations, no longer fit into your life?

Then we move on to planning the magic in 2024!

This is the digital version. It's a PDF file that you can print at home from your computer or fill in digitally. It also comes with a black & white version for easy and cheap printing!

Adobe Reader, XoDo, or Goodnotes are good apps to use if you want to fill it out from your phone, tablet, or computer!

Can I Get A Physical Copy?

Unfortunately, I don’t have the resources to print and ship all of my workbooks. If you want a physical copy you are welcome to purchase the digital file and then have it printed at Staples, The UPS Store, FedEx, or any other printing company as long as it’s just for your own personal use!

All of my products also have Digital Fill-In Enabled, meaning that you can fill them in straight from your phone/tablet/or computer.

Apps like Adobe Reader, XoDo, or GoodNotes allow you to “write” inside the PDF, so you can carry it around with you whenever you need it!

I Am Not A Mental Health Professional

While I LOVE talking about mental health - I am NOT a professional. All of my worksheets come from lived experience which makes them unique but it's also important to note that they aren't a replacement for therapy. I'm not a therapist and I always recommend you work through my workbooks with one!

Printing

My workbooks are in standard US Letter Size (unless otherwise specified) and should be printed on standard US Letter Size Paper.

When printed, the colors might be darker or vary from what you see on your computer screen.

These worksheets are copyrighted and intended for personal use only. You can reprint pages as many times as you’d like, as long as they are for your personal use. Please do not resell or redistribute to others.
